My baby is almost 2!
I decided that I should write this post now, while I have the time, the next week is going to be crazy between work and prepping for Hailey's 2nd birthday party!
I am amazed at how fast the time has gone. I absolutely cannot believe our "baby" is going to be 2 years old this coming Friday... October 26th. It sounds cliche, but it really does seem like yesterday we were waiting for her to make her debut... a week late! She was definitely worth the wait. We feel so lucky to have such a beautiful, funny, smart baby girl. I don't know what we did to deserve her, but we are so thankful.
Hailey definitely keeps us on our toes, I won't lie... she's got some spice too!
LOL I have to tell you, she is sitting next to me right now and talking on daddy's phone... she says "This is Hailey Johnson, I'm on daddy's phone". See? Smart girl!
Anyway... I know I don't get around to posting about Hailey and all the fun we have as much as I would like, but I feel truly blessed to have such an amazing life and really amazing people to share it with.
I will be posting lots of pictures and details about the 2nd birthday bash we are throwing her next weekend, stay tuned!!!!

Camping!
OOPS!!!! I wrote this post forever ago and uploaded the pics to Picasa to put on the blog because its WAY faster... but I forgot to come back and actually POST it. Here ya go...
Soooo I guess it's about time I tell you about the camping trip we took ohhhhh, about two weeks ago =) I know, I am horrible at keeping up. Better late than never, right?
We ended up making a quick trip to one of our favorite spots to camp. It's called Little Grass Valley Resevrvior. We go there a few times a year, every summer. It's only open June - Sept (Labor Day weekend is normally the last weekend to camp of the season) and it's only about 1.5 hours from us. It's GORGEOUS there, I will never get sick of going.
Anyway, it was Me, Craig, Hailey, my brother Spenser; our friend Steve, his mom and aunt (who totally rock... my kind of ladies!); Brandon, Veronica and Marisa; Clint, RaeAnna and Rylee (and the "bun in the oven" Alli); Tim, Kourtney and their clan of 3 girls... Kenna, Kynsley, Kendall and one sweet, brand new baby boy Gavin! (baby fevah over here!).
We met up there on Friday and hung out, ate, drank, played games, LAUGHED all weekend long. Awesome end of summer camping trip. We had so much fun!
